Hey friends!

Welcome to another edition of The Report. This week’s newsletter will be about Agenda. Agenda has been in the market for a very long time, and is a date-focused note-taking app. If your calendar, notes and reminders app were merged into one, it would look like Agenda.

Agenda Notes

Agenda automatically organizes your notes in two primary ways — projects and timelines. For notes in your timeline, you can assign notes to specific dates (in the past, present or future) or even to events. Your notes can also be On the Agenda, which means important notes have a special place that helps you access them quickly.

Agenda also offers features like adding images and changing their size, adding tables, tags, lists and so on. Your notes can be formatted to look visually stunning, even when exported. Agenda also lets you track tasks by date by integrating with the Reminders app, which lets you set reminders for the task, reschedule it, and more. Agenda also supports the ability to add files to your notes, and you can even use your Apple Pencil and iPad to take handwritten notes.

Agenda makes it super simple to import or export your notes as well, so that you are never truly locked in. You can share your notes to collaborate together as well, and Agenda takes full advantage of the newest Apple software update to integrate with the Messages app. This means you can discuss your notes and collaborate together, all at once.

Agenda offers a unique subscription model that lets you pay for the features you use. You pay once and get access to a all previous updates and features. If you feel the need to get access to newer updates however, you can pay for these again. Some of the core features are always included, so that you don’t have to worry about missing out. Customers can decide whether the newer premium updates are worth the upgrade and take their decision based on that. This unique pricing model is often cited as a model that other apps should follow, and I wholeheartedly agree.

Agenda is suitable for those who have a lot of notes that need to be organized by date or by project. It is perfect for those who are working, as the app acts as a digital version of the actual agenda planner.
